This villa is located in the area called Paratiritirio (means observation post), this quiet area is part of the village of Kipseli, and only 5 car minutes away from Aegina town and the port. The nearest organised beaches (Kamares & Prosinemo) can be reached within 2 car minutes. From the villa you experience a wonderful panoramic view, overlooking the Peloponnese and Attika. Enjoy spectaculair sunrises as well as sunsets. The villa is situated on a fenced plot of land of 1000 sqm, it has 3 floors and it can host a maximum of 7 guests. You can rent the whole villa or part of it.

There are 3 options to rent Villa Paratiritirio

Option 1 - 1 floor - maximum 4 guests
With this option you rent the ground floor of the villa
A self contained spacious studio is located on the ground floor that has a double bed. 2 Extra beds can be added on request. The studio is located at garden level and has its own entrance. It has a sitting area with television. There is a bathroom with toilet and a luxury shower cabin. If you want to prepare a small meal, there is a kitchenette available.

Option 2* - 2 floors - maximum 5 guests
With this option you rent the first - and second floor.
The main entrance of the house leads to the first floor where you find the living with dining area, fully equipped kitchen, toilet and the big sliding windows that give access to the huge balcony in front of the living.
On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms each with balcony and sea view: the master bedroom has a double bed, and there are two bedrooms with single beds. One of these two rooms can be equipped with a double bed. This floor has a bathroom with bath.

Option 3 - 3 floors - entire villa - maximum 7 guests
With this option you rent the ground -. first - and second floor.
